Terms of Use

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to use CryptoAnaliz.

2. The service

CryptoAnaliz is an information tool for crypto asset markets. It offers:

• live price charts based on public Binance market data;
• buy and sell signals calculated from technical indicators such as RSI and Bollinger Bands, shown in three strength levels;
• a radar that scans the market for notable movements;
• quick and deep AI analyses written automatically by an artificial intelligence model;
• watchlist signal notifications and, for Pro members, price alerts;
• ads from Google AdMob for Free users and signed-out visitors (Pro members see no ads).

CryptoAnaliz is not an exchange, broker, wallet or investment adviser. It does not hold your money or crypto assets, does not execute trades and does not connect to your exchange accounts.

3. Not financial advice

All content in CryptoAnaliz, including signals, radar results and AI analyses, is provided for general information and educational purposes only. It is not investment advice, investment consultancy or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset.

• Signals are produced automatically from past price data. They can be wrong, late or incomplete, and past results do not guarantee future results.
• AI analyses are generated automatically and can contain errors or incomplete information.
• Market data comes from third parties and can be delayed, interrupted or inaccurate.

You are solely responsible for your investment decisions. Before investing, consider your own situation and, if needed, consult a licensed professional. To the extent permitted by law, Polatlı Ajans is not responsible for any loss arising from decisions made using CryptoAnaliz.

4. Your account

You sign in with your Google account or with an e-mail address and password through Google Firebase Authentication. You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in details secure. Each account is for one person and you are responsible for activity on your account.

5. Credits

• AI analyses use credits. The credit cost is shown in the app before you start an analysis and credits are only deducted when the analysis is completed successfully.
• Free accounts may receive a welcome credit after verifying their e-mail address and periodic free credits in the amounts shown in the app. We may change or end free credits at any time.
• You can buy credit packages through Google Play.
• Rewarded ads: Free accounts with a verified e-mail address may choose to watch a rewarded ad to receive extra credits (currently 3 credits, up to 3 times per day; the amounts and limit may change and are shown in the app). Watching is always optional. Rewards are verified on our server, granted once per completed ad and are not available to Pro members or if the ad is not completed. We may refuse or remove credits obtained through abuse (see sections 7 and 8).
• Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged and are not refundable, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
• When you delete your account, your remaining credits are permanently lost.

6. Pro subscription

• The Pro subscription is sold through Google Play. The price and billing period are shown in Google Play before you buy.
• The subscription renews automatically until you cancel it in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions). Deleting the app or your CryptoAnaliz account does not cancel the subscription.
• Payments and refunds are handled by Google and are subject to Google Play's refund policies.
• Pro features and any credits included with the plan are described in the app and may change over time.
• While your Pro subscription is active, no ads are shown to you.

7. Free credit abuse and multiple accounts

Creating multiple accounts, using disposable e-mail addresses or any other method to obtain free credits repeatedly is prohibited. If we detect such abuse we may remove the credits obtained, refuse further free credits and suspend or close the accounts involved.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• copy, decompile, reverse engineer or modify the app, except as permitted by law;
• send automated or excessive requests, scrape data or interfere with the security or operation of the service;
• use the service for unlawful purposes or to harm others;
• resell or publish signals and analyses commercially without our written permission;
• impersonate others or provide false information;
• click ads artificially, use automation, emulators or other means to trigger ads or rewards, or otherwise manipulate the advertising or reward system.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close your account if you breach these terms, if your use harms the service or other users, or if required by law. You can stop using CryptoAnaliz and delete your account at any time.

10. Changes to the service and these terms

We may add, change or remove features, data sources and credit costs. We may update these terms; the current version is always published on this page. If you continue to use CryptoAnaliz after an update, the updated terms apply. We will inform you of significant changes through reasonable means.

11. Intellectual property

The app, its design, software and content belong to Polatlı Ajans or its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use CryptoAnaliz for your own non-commercial purposes in line with these terms.

12. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

CryptoAnaliz is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or that the data and analyses will be accurate or complete.

To the extent permitted by law, Polatlı Ajans is not liable for indirect damages, trading or investment losses, lost profits or data loss, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under mandatory law, including liability for intent or gross negligence and your rights as a consumer.

13. Third-party services

Some functions rely on third-party services such as Google Play, Google Firebase, Google AdMob (ads) and Binance market data. We do not control the content of third-party ads. Their own terms and policies also apply to your use of them.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes are resolved by the courts and enforcement offices of Türkiye. If you are a consumer, you can also apply to consumer arbitration committees or consumer courts, and any mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
