Delete Your Account
You can delete your CryptoAnaliz account and the data linked to it at any time, directly in the app or by e-mail.
If you have an active Pro subscription, deleting your account does NOT cancel it. Cancel it first in Google Play to avoid further charges: https://play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions
Delete in the app
- Open CryptoAnaliz and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Tap the "Profile" tab at the bottom of the screen.
- Tap "Delete account".
- Read the information. If you still have credits, tick "I understand that my credits will be deleted and will not be refunded".
- Confirm with "Delete".
Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.
Request deletion by e-mail
If you can no longer use the app, send an e-mail to [email protected] with the subject "Account deletion request", preferably from the e-mail address registered to your account. We may ask you to confirm that you own the account. We complete the request within 30 days at the latest and confirm it by e-mail.
What is deleted
- your profile: e-mail address, name, profile photo link, language, account type and credit balance;
- your sign-in link and your Firebase sign-in account;
- your sign-in sessions, device notification tokens and notification preferences;
- your watchlist, price alerts, notification records and notification queue records;
- your AI analysis history;
- your credit transactions, purchase records and subscription records.
What is kept
- A one-way, irreversible hash of your e-mail address with the dates of your first and last free credit, so that the free credit cannot be claimed again with the same e-mail address. Your e-mail address itself is not kept and cannot be recovered from the hash.
- A one-way, irreversible hash of your purchase tokens with the store, product ID, purchase type and first-seen date, to prevent the same purchase from being credited twice and for accounting records. It is not linked to you.
- Google keeps its own records of your Google Play orders, and your order history remains in your Google account.
- Advertising data collected by Google AdMob is held by Google under its own policies and is not deleted with your CryptoAnaliz account. You can manage it in your Android ad settings (Settings → Google → Ads) and at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
- Server logs and backups may contain data for a limited period and are deleted in their normal rotation.

Before you delete
- Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
- Your remaining credits are lost and are not refunded.
- You can create a new account later, but the welcome free credit is not granted again for the same e-mail address.
